Managing Age Diversity in the Workplace

What does it all mean?

For the first time in history four generations of Americans are represented in the workplace at the same time.   Their expectations, work ethic and how they communicate are often different.     This can be a challenge in a work environment and especially one that involves people of different ages in a variety of full, part time and volunteer roles.

Our training in Managing Age Diversity can help you:

  • Learn to encourage GenXers to respond to Baby Boomers while respecting the concerns of Traditionalists and the aspirations of Millennials.
  •  Learn to enhance communication within your intergenerational workforce to increase effective management and boost employee morale.
